this is a well made ,tight fitting ladder rack and easy to install, made the mistake of buying a cheaper version and it actually fell off my van ,this one ,no worries

Modified the frame pieces that contact the van roof with an angle grinder to get it to fit the 2013 NV3500 van. The heights are different along the length so it’s not a snap on but worked great with the large luggage rack I put on top of it. Heavy steel construction. Very sturdy.

Description says universal, fits ford, chevy, etc. Instructions in the box say it is ONLY for Chevy/GMC vans, because the roof is bowed. the "middle" cross bar is 5/8" lower than the end bars to compensate for the domed roof of the Chevy Van. If you put this rack on a ford or dodge one cross bar will be 5/8" lower than the other two. Interestingly the clamp spacers needed for install on a dodge are included, but has no effect on the height issue. I chose to cut and reweld and repaint the offending crossbar instead of returning, as I needed the rack now. That is a shame, as the pieces do have a nice powdercoat finish. I am sure this is a great rack but it is really for GM VANS ONLY.

Made very well and holds up to the use. Definatly RECOMEND. Just keep in mind if you do have to alter the bar. You will need a porta-band or something to cut the metal cross bars.
