Love the smell of this shampoo and conditioner

Used this for the first time this morning. I am impressed. This is my first use of a sulfate free shampoo. As soon as I rinsed my hair I could tell the difference. The products I was using before this was a Joico Moisture shampoo. It was a good shampoo with karatin in it but it seemed to dry my hair out. I've read other reviews of different sulfate free shampoos and one of the leading complaints was not enough lather. Either the persons making the statements were not using enough shampoo or they went to long between hair shampoos because I had plenty of lather. As I said I immediately felt the difference in my hair. It was softer and that's before I conditioned it. I stuck to my usual routine which is washing my hair every morning, conditioning, then a leave in conditioner before styling. My hair is Type 3 A/B curly hair so it's styled and allowed to dry before I comb it. Again, when I combed my hair it felt so soft, shiny and looked great. Think I finally found my forever shampoo.

I have vibrant red highlights on dyed dark brown hair and I love this product. My highlights usually fade within the 1st few weeks of being colored. Using this product, you can still see the red clearly 2.5 months later! I also have naturally curly fine dry hair and the conditioner does wonders on my hair! I usually put a little moroccon oil on my hair while it is still wet before I put any styling products so that my hair is nice and soft. When I use this shampoo and conditioner I don't need to use the oil at all. My hair is always super soft and shiny. Love this product and it is way cheaper here!! Beauty Brands wanted almost twice the price of what I paid.

Like the product

I've been using this shampoo for a while and it works for me. Everyone's hair is different, so my experience may not be everyone's experience, but this is the only shampoo I've used that I continue to purchase. Usually I change brands before I even run out. This makes my hair silky smooth and helps calm the frizz. I also love the way it smells. My set did not come with pumps, as shown in the picture that I ordered, but I used the ones I had on the old bottles, which I had to purchase separately. In my opinion, pumps are necessary with these bottles, because they are not only large, they are a bit of an odd shape, so it is difficult to grip them in the shower.

Good product

I ordered this pair and the violet shampoo as well. I was very irritated when one of the dispensers was broken. I called Joico customer service number on Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend. The lady said she was not in the location of the warehouse, but she would check into it. I did not expect to hear back from her. About a week later, she did call back, left a message and within a few days I received a pump that worked. A pump is no big deal but after buying 3 large containers of product, I knew I would be using the dispenser for a while and did not want to hassle with a broken pump.The product seems fine and the conditioner does smooth and soften my hair but not a greasy feel.

Excellent product and fast delivery

Ich vertrage viele Kosmetik-Produkte nicht, selbst wenn sie hochwertig sind. Mit Joico hatte ich bislang nie Probleme und finde die Haare seit Jahren gut gepflegt. Daher mache ich keine Experimente mehr.
