It works great
I debated getting the HDMI adaptor or going with this cable… I made the best choice. Since the WII tops out at 480p anyway, no sense in wasting precious HDMI ports. Now my WII is HD and I didn’t need to sacrifice my Blu-ray (yes, we still watch those funny little discs in my house). Cable is simple, clean, and feels sturdy. Color coding could be more distinct between audio and video, but that is me TRYING to find something to point out. Really the cable is well done!

Works with the WII on a Smart TV that has only component RCA access.
Very easy to plug into the colored RCA slots. The WII works just fine now!

Noticeably better
The component cables were noticeably better then the standard av cables that come with the Wii. First photo showing the title screen is the OEM av cables second showing Link is the component cables with 480P.Make sure your cables are hooked up correctly otherwise you will get a green/purple issue.Worth what I paid. I'll update if they ever stop working.
