Absolutely brilliant. Good value for money as well as good quality

This is rich in antioxidants, which if you're like me and don't like the antioxidant superfoods like broccolis of this world is a much have. You only need to smell the capsules to know they are authentic, there is a strong earthly smell to them.

This plant seems to be full of heathy stuff e.g. (vitamin A, vitamin B1 (thiamine),vitamin B2 (riboflavin)vitamin B3 (niacin),vitamin C (ascorbic acid), calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus). so its probably not a bad idea to supplement with it. Tastes natural, not unpleasant. Product well packaged, if the capsules are too big to swallow just open them and sprinkle on other food.

I add this to yoghurt or just add to a smoothie.The taste is ok but I not buying for the taste and it’s well disguised with whatever I’m having it with. It’s early days but I do think it’s helpful for energy.

The taste is horrible. I'm not sure about the benefits yet as I've been taking it for a week or so. I don't know how I'm going to continue it's so vile. Reminds me of Spirulina powder.
