I love this product but stop working like a week ago. I bought it back in November 16 2021

At first one bulb burned out and now all of them stopped working. It’s so pretty, but we now have no light in our living room or any info on how to replace the led bulbs?I contacted a handyman and he said the wires are connected to the led bulbs and they don’t come out!

nice looking light fixture , after a few month the led on 2 lights when out , I reached out to seller and without hesitation they send me 2 replacement lights , like how this company do business and take care of the customer

I hope the company reads the reviews because I don’t know if I can find a way to get a hold of them. I am now on my third fixture and it has burnt out. The company Has been great in sending me a new one each time one burns out, but now I would like my money back because this is getting ridiculous.I have been using this in my home for less than a year and one bulb just burnt out. I remember reading the bulbs are not replaceable, but I assumed since it was led, I’d probably never run into this issue. So I guess I have to replace the whole fixture? Also, I really dislike the 3 lighting temperature mechanism. You have to turn it off and on every time you use it to get to the temperature you like. The first temperature is warm and it looks horrible in my bathroom (I prefer the cool light). A total design flaw, but I figured I would just live with it. Now that a bulb is burnt out it looks like I’ll have to scrap the whole fixture. I’m grateful it wasn’t that expensive. Yes, you get what you pay for!UPDATE:I reached out to Amazon, and they connected me with the company. They quickly sent me an entirely new fixture at no charge. But,it actually happened again to the replacement about six months in. The company has now twice replaced the entire fixture at no charge. So, I will say the company backs up their product! Unfortunately, their product has some definite flaws. We will see how this third fixture goes!

One of 2 burnt out few hours after installation. Too bad that I had to for installation and now it’s not worth it to pay to uninstall and reinstall. I wish I didn’t have to be stuck with a burnt light.

Update: After leaving the review, customer service contacted me immediately and offered to reimburse and replace the broken product. Just had contractor replace the broken one with the new one. It works fine. I'd say their customer service is good.*********************** ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW ****************************************************As a loyal amazon customer having 800+ orders in the past 12 months, I rarely write reviews. I installed three this type of ceiling light in the kitchen. However, one of them burned out in just 2 months with very minimal use. Integrated LED and high ceiling makes it very difficult to replace not even mentioning cost hiring a contractor to do the job. I also bought other lighting fixtures from Amazon but am hardly satisfied. I recommend to NOT buy any lighting from Amazon as most of them are poorly designed/manufactured without conforming to any standard. Photos are usually photoshopped so they aren't real.

I bought three light and 2 of them busted already. I thought that being LED light would last long at least for two years but mine lasted only a month and it busted. I would like to ask for a refund of my purchase for this item. I was refunded before for the first light now another one busted again. I am very disappointed It looks beautiful as a decorative light but not durable or does last long.

Update: The seller saw my review and contacted me. They refunded my money and sent out a new light. I rate the seller a 5+ . It seems from reviews this light has had the same issue I had. I raised my rating from a 1 to a 3 due to the sellers contacting me right away and making the situation right. Thanks for being a respectful seller who stands behind their products. I will update again my review in 6 -12 months to note the longevity and quality of this light. I am hoping to be able raise the stars on the review. Time will will tell.It is a nice light. However it worked for three weeks and then one of the lights no longer ight up. Our electrician said it the an issue with the light since the old light and any other light he tried there works. I can't seem to find a way to contact the seller. I am past the return window by 1 week. Very disappointed.
