I have practiced poi for a couple years now, and I thought this would be fun to try as a new, but still somewhat familiar experience. This is very fun to play with but very easy to get worn out while doing so as it is a bit heavy and also the tail catches resistance from the wind, so you have to swing it hard enough to get it to flow properly. It is definitely an eyecatcher and an easy way to put on a neat little show, just make sure to get your practice in to build stamina and to also make sure you don’t accidentally whack yourself which does hurt. I also really appreciate the drawstring backpack that it came with for transporting and storing overall a really neat flow toy to play around with.

This thing is so cool!! I am all about finding cool things to do with the kids that don't involve devices with screens, and this one definitely has the wow factor! Every time we go to the park, we bring a whole plethora of fun stuff, and this has earned its place among the favorites!! Every kid at the park stops whatever they're doing and comes over to see what this is all about. This is also perfect for me to teach all the kids about physics and science, and I will never miss an opportunity to feel like the smartest person in the group! I would like to note that although I have never used one of these before, I don't have much to go off of as a comparison, but the first thing I noticed was how much nicer quality this was than I was expecting. I mean WAY nicer! At this price point, I would totally expect the cheapest manufacturer, but was pleasantly surprised at just how nice it all was. The rope handle alone is woven and nice and fancy, and I feel like I have seen dog leases exactly like this for significantly more money than what this kit costs. There were so many opportunities where they could have taken a cheaper route, and it is greatly appreciated to see a company that still cares about its customers! Yes, it's just a toy, but I want to make sure and point out when a company does something right, and they definitely did this one right!!
