Company did the right thing
My first order arrived damaged - the pipe rods were bent, so they couldn't be put together. The box had been damaged in shipping and I couldn't return it. I had an art show coming up in the next week and the company sent me a replacement order within days! They asked that I just donate the damaged rack, to someone who could use it, which I did. The rack did well for our show and we will use it again at the next one. Thank you!

Very hard to assemble
If you can find a different art stand, buy that. I did end up putting mine together, over a 2-day period, but it was unnecessarily difficult, and would have been impossible without the right, extra tools. Here is my advice:1. Buy a different stand.2. If you buy this stand, be prepared to FIRST label, by yourself, all of the tall parts as 1, 2, 3, 4; then the thin ones 5 and 6.3. Mine came with a defective leg--it had been slightly smashed, so the other piece wouldn't fit into it. Luckily I'm a jeweler so had some very good, small pinch nose pliers that I used to open the hole. If I didn't have those, or the knowledge from jewelry-making on how to open a circle/ring, I would have had to send the whole thing back.4. You need to label the legs because not only are 1 (A) and 2 (B) different sizes, but it matters which way you cross them, or none of it fits together.5. Label the E parts 5 and 6. Again, it matters which one you put where, because one is longer than the other.6. If this confuses you, it should. The directions are really just not even useful and the whole thing unnecessarily difficult. That's why I don't recommend purchasing. But if you do manage to put it together, it's not a bad stand.

A bit of a challenge
In shipping, please invest in better packaging. The tubes close to the packaging walls were not round, but kind of oval. Which is a definite challenge when trying to put a round object into it. This challenge extended itself to the bracing bars, where one can totally loose as I tightened, set screw, forcing me to get my vice grips to crimp it to keep it tight.Once that hassle was done, however, they really look good and they do a nice presentation. I don’t question the value if they would have better packaging to avoid damage.

Disappointed
Difficult to put together. Had to return. Not well manufactured.

Poor Packaging
When I received the package several of the bags containing parts were ripped open and the parts were just hanging out in the box. The only packaging was the box and thin plastic liners on the pieces. Not even any packaging to help them from sliding about. Luckily I did receive all the parts. Both of the "B" labeled parts were bent on the insert side. As well as several of the parts being scuffed up from transport. I had to bend the "B" insert openings to make the inserts fit. I feel that this issue could be resolved with better packaging. The included instructions were helpful as well as the video tutorial. It is actually larger than I thought.
