KAEMPFER No Blue Light Privacy Screen Protectors Filter for Apple MacBook Pro (15.4 inch) (2012~2015 Model)

Right there on the image, it claims a 60-degree viewing angle. That is simply not true. I put this on my new company-issued Macbook Pro, installation was easy enough, it's wonderfully clear, but . . . it hardly affects viewing angles at all. The screen gets a *tiny* bit darker when viewing off-axis, but text is still perfectly readable except at the very edge (where reading would be difficult anyway). I've included a photo from about twice the advertised viewing offset to show what I mean. I might keep it on anyway for the blue-blocking anti-glare properties, but as a privacy filter it's a total failure.

Like other reviewers, my adhesive doesn't stick. The screen protector is ok, but I think people on airplanes will still be able to see my screen. Not thrilled.Update: Received more adhesive. I put adhesive on every edge possible. Now the screen stays stuck to the computer through my travels. Turning down the brightness of the screen does reduce the viewing angle greatly.

There is zero privacy with this screen. You can clearly read an email from 5 feet away at nearly any angle. Waste of money.Edit: I'm modifying my original review after reading another review suggesting that I lower my screen brightness to 10%. Upon doing that, the screen is now mostly private. I wish the brightness could be set higher, but then the privacy goes away.

not the private, only works from the side, anyone above or below the computer can see everything. I do like the Matte finish.

I am a grad student and use my laptop for practically everything. I also have chronic migraines. Even though I can not prove that this product in particular has reduced my migraines, I believe that this screen protector has significantly contributed to the the reduction of my migraines.

This doesn't block out as much angle-viewing as other products I have tried. The view from the side is definitely dim, but I can still read everything.

Very happy with it. Goes on easily.

Low Quality Made in China, the adhesive strips to secure the Screen are useless. Avoid !
