For us, the idea of buying and reviewing this book was to plan for building our own barndominium, as can be assumed that anyone buying this will have this same perspective. Every floor plan and elevation (rendering) of the model homes are printed completely out of proportion! Everything is exaggerated in one direction (i.e. a 12x12 room will appear, in every single case, to be roughly 12x18, or even more exaggerated than that). It is impossible then to visualize what the floor plan and exterior of the home will look like, or to mix and match interior floor plans from one model to another to tweak a final, personalized floor plan. MESSAGE TO THE AUTHOR: I hope you have fired your printing house, because they ruined your publication. If it had been accurately printed, I would have given this book at least four stars but as printed, it is worthless....not even worth the one star that I'm forced to assign to it.

Has a lot of very small house plans. Wanted more plans with more square feet and a garage attached.

The photos and floor plans were adjusted/stretched to fit the pages. This caused both of them to be distorted and it makes it difficult to get a sense of the room sizes of the floor plans. However, the biggest problem is there is no way to get the floor plans if you see one you like. There is no contact information anywhere in the book. There is a plan we liked but have no way to purchase the prints. After some further work I was able to find the same plan available online with an option to purchase.

The book is just a collection of floor plans. Exactly what I expected. But... all the pictures and schematics are stretched to fit the page and their perspectives are WAY OFF!!! Even the picture on the cover on the lower right corner is totally cajonky. It looks like they just revamped regular house plans and called them bardominiums. I want places that are a shop with included living space not a house with an enlarged garage. I would highly not recommend this book.

Great floor plans.

Some of the pictures and layouts were sized to fit the page causing them to be elongated and out of proportion. I tried to focus on the layout but hard to do when long and skinny. Did pick up an idea or two but overall disappointed in the book.

This books appears to be a collection of building plans someone took screenshots of from Architectural Plans.com and then published. The pictures and plans are distorted and clearly reshaped to fit the page. I’m not sure how this is even legal.
