FolkArt Multi-Surface Metallic Paint in Assorted Colors (2 oz), Metallic Malachite

Found an antique lamp that was really tarnished and even after cleaning still looked dull. I used this copper metallic paint to help brighten it up and show more of the detail. I used a paper towel to rub the paint onto the surface but not into the deeper areas so it would keep the patina looking old. Nice price and easy to use. Happy with this copper metallic paint!

I really, really like this paint. I know it says for multi-surface, but I ended up just using it on a canvas. I used it to highlight my clouds in my painting and I think it turned out really pretty. I would definitely buy this paint again. The thickness of this paint is perfect as it's not too thin or thick. Drying time is normal. I don't think it's too transparent but it is blendable with other paints.

There’s a large cement pot with a plant in it…it was here already. We like it a lot, but the color has faded , and I thought “ let’s spice it up with a metallic paint! “I looked and finally decided on this one- metallic copper. I cleaned and scrapped it, then started with the paint. It goes on easy, just like any other craft paint..almost too easy… it was fun. I waited between coats as it said..it looks great. It works, it paints well especially if you do multiple real thin layers. I found the gold to be a little off color. I think this is a probably personal thing. Not sure how to describe it, more of a crayon gold, vs olympic gold. Anyway, I will use every last drop of it, but the color was off for the project i was working on, and ended up buying something else that was 'brighter'. Again, hard to articulate, I am not that good with descriptions. But the quality is there. I am not returning it, and will definitely use.

This is a great vibrant color! Love the way it looks on paintings! Definitely purchasing again.

Good paint

Bought this to paint door hinges that have been painted over for generations. Worked amazingly! I'm super excited about how they turned out. I feel like I'm getting the house looking g close to like an adult lives here.

This colour is a very light champagne colour. I bought it to paint a frame on a picture.

Folk art paint is an excellent brand of craft paint..highly recommend. Just wish Amazon had a better selection at reasonable prices
