Great Quality but not really white
The units come assembled in two giant cardboard boxes. The base of each is screwed to a wood support that must be removed before each unit could be stood up. You can then install the adjustable feet supplied if you need them. Our library floor was flat tile so we did not need the feet.Because of the weight of these units you need one or two stout people to lift each unit up. Attachment of the two units together is with two supplied bolts and nuts and could not be easier so long as you put the units against the wall with the attachment points abutting each other.These units are of high quality with excellent construction and finish. This would be a 5 star review except for the fact that the picture appears to show a white unit and the description is “Chateau White”. However it really is more like a shade of grayand we were disappointed with that.

Looks great!
Bookshelves came assembled. I unboxed and got them placed by myself in about half an hour. They look great!
