Does this game electronically handle mortgages to raise cash or purchase properties, mortgage fees, and the transfer for cash between players?

You have to manually put in amounts owed to you, and what the mortgages cost. It mostly adds and subtracts money off your debit card as with a real one. But the banker has to put in what is owed to each player or deducted.
