Perfect. Hard to find for an extra large dog!!!
It's very hard to find "clothes"; for my large Rough Collie. Sometimes, even getting the measures I have needed to return items. This size is perfect. My only concern is that I need to move the elastics that hold the raincoat to the back legs two inches back, carefully. Maybe that's due to my dog's constitution, but another customer complained about that issue. The quality of the material looks good and beautiful. I strongly recommend this raincoat.UPDATE: My dog grew up, so the L size become short, so I bought the largest size (the 2 latest pics shows the largest raincoat. The first one is still in good condition, but the seam through the opening where the belt comes out should be reinforced because the threads break. VERY SATISFIED WITH BOTH SIZES, ANYWAY.

Great Quality Raincoat
The quality of this raincoat was better then I expected. The fabric was sturdy. It was easy to get on and had elastic that went over the hind legs to secure it. I put our blue harness over it. It does have a leash opening that can be used. I also love the pocket. The hood could be a little bigger as its a little challenging to keep on although it does have a drawstring. Overall very satisfied. I ordered a Size XXL for my 85 lb German Shepard.

Keeps my dog Shane nice and dry in heavy rain.
My service dog Shane really loves his raincoat. It keeps him well protected from the elements. The material is made up of a rubbery fabric type blend which seems to resist tears and scrapes. The only problem that I have is that the hood tends to slide down when he shakes his head. This is not a major problem but something that could be addressed in future designs.

Nice raincoat for our rain averse pit bull
Our pit bull doesn't like to get wet, so we got this raincoat to see if he'd tolerate going outside in the rain. The raincoat works for him. He stands still while it is being put on and when taking it off. He is much more comfortable going outside when raining. He still doesn't like the rain, but he does his business without freaking out. Should have bought one years ago. Now, for the only negatives. Our pit bull has XL sized neck and chest which makes the coat a bit too long and loose around the hindquarters. And he doesn't tolerate the hood. Still, I give the raincoat 5 stars for the negatives aren't showstoppers.

Amazing material great fit
Just received today quality material and it fits great. I recommend doing measurements first, I would have ordered a medium if I hadn’t measured first but the extra large is a perfect fit for my boxer. In the pics I don’t have the chest strap as snug as it could go. It does fit snugly when I tighten it. I was more concerned with the length when trying it on

Adorable and sturdy rain jacket, 90% good fit for my blockhead dog
I love this thing. She's getting a lot of giggles and comments, too. There's a sturdy strap under the belly which really helps hold it in place. Two more could go around the back legs but didn't feel like wrestling and so far hasn't really been necessary. If you are jogger I can see how the jacket may creep forward and you might want to use them.I have a 60lb pitty with a blocky head and chest. I got a large and it fits PRETTY well. I'm not going to complain since nothing is really made for these dogs. Length wise in the back and for the hood, an XL may have been better, but I think that front flap would be too long and she would trip. There's no way that hood is getting on her noggin, which makes me sad if for no other reason than a missed photo op, but it's a nice neck warmer and keeps her mostly dry.

Excellent quality coat.
I purchased 2 for my 90ish lb German Shepherds. They are tall and lean with a large rib cage, but the coat fit great. The hood even fit over their large ears and the coat covered their tail. The only modification that I will be making is that because my girls are lean, the velcro could be higher up so the coat is tighter. So I will be making that addition. There is a small elastic loop for each leg so the coat stays secure, there is a slot on the back for a leash to go through, and there is a pocket on the back. Great quality heavy duty item, comparable to what I would purchase for myself if buying a rain coat. Big plus is that my dogs were super comfortable in these wrestling and running around, whereas if I put a Halloween costume on them, they get all weird and won’t move.

Works well
I bought this for my 42 lb golden doodle. She doesn’t like things on her head so we don’t use the hood. The strap that secured the jacket around her chest is nice. There’s a strange elastic band toward the back of the jacket that doesn’t make sense. I think I goes around a leg to secure the back of the coat in place but just seems awkward. For now I don’t Secure the back so it does shift a bit. I’ll add a Velcro strip for the back. I love the hole in the top to attach her leash to her harness on underneath the jacket.

Great buy- check sizing!
I have a 95lb boxer/mastiff mix. He's not very tall and he has more of a boxer body, with a large chest but a thick head and neck so finding jackets are difficult. I had ordered the largest size you could for the rain jacket XXXL because I was nervous the neck part wouldn't fit if it was any smaller. He has a minimum 30inch neck. The quality seems to be really good. It has cute pocket and a spot for the leash to attach on the back . The neck part fits perfectly but it's definitely not adjustable or stretchy so if your dog has a large neck then you're going to have to buy the XXXL . The length of the jacket is quite large. It would be a great length for a longer dog such as a Great Dane. I will be buying double sided velcro straps and folding the jacket to where the pocket ends and it will be the perfect length. The hood is perfect size and has pulls to tighten it. I was nervous it wouldn't fit his head but it's amazing fit. I also wouldn't go any smaller as the front of the jacket I wouldn't want to be any smaller up. Overall it's a great buy!

Poor Sewing and Design
I bought this based on the good reviews so I want people to know there are the issues with this coat. I bought it for my 80 pound malamute. I may have got a lemon but five minutes into our first walk in the rain the stitching on the hood started to come apart. The design is not that good as the hole for the leash is behind the collar so the leash puts pressure on the seam. Within a few more minutes the entire top half of the hood was detached. I easily removed the rest of the stitching and the hood. If it had been properly stitched, this would not have happened. Another design flaw, the hood fits tight, which contributed to the problem. A better design is an adjustable hood with a strap under the head.Next issue, the elastics at the back are useless. They are thin, and rub on the dog's legs and sensitive area where the legs meet the belly. I did not use them so the coat shifted as the dog walked; something better is needed to hold the coat in position. They seem like an afterthought, unlike the strap that goes around the middle. Note that if your dog carries their tail curled over their back like mine does, the coat will not cover the tail and her back end will get wet.I wish I had spent the extra money and bought a name brand. I can't return it since I didn't get to test it in the rain in time. The material seems like good quality so I will try to rebuild this with velcro. I'll move the slit up for the leash and add adjustable straps on the back for the legs made of something less irritating than cheap elastic. Just a big disappointment, money wasted and a wet dog at the end of our walk.

Very cute, and the dogs like it! (But cheap elastics for the legs)
I've had these jackets for a while. I bought 2, one pink and one blue. The jacket is a good size for my (64lbs husky and my 62lbs black lab). My only complaint is that the elastic that hold the coat on their legs snapped after 3 months of use. I feel if the coat had a thicker elastic, then it would be more durable. Thankfully, I can sew and will be fixing it, since it's passed the return date. I have washed both these coast multiple times in the washing machine and dryer, and they withstood the test. (You will need to wash the coats after a few uses, or they get stinky!)Also to note, my husky has a weird fear of going to the bathroom in the rain... He is a unique dog for sure haha. So when we moved to BC (where it rains a ton), I bought him a raincoat to help him feel more comfortable. The day they arrived it was pouring out and he LOVED the coat. The dogs and I ventured outside into the rain and he had no fear of going out with it on.Despite the broken elastic, I am happy with these and more importantly the dogs love them! I would recommend them to any pet parent.

Excellent Raincoat
This is the second of these raincoats that we have purchased. There is nothing wrong with the first, we just adopted a 2nd dog and needed another. These are easy to put on our dogs, and they don't restrict any movement. Our boys don't mind wearing them, and they look adorable. I like that there is a slit on the back of the coat to attach a leash to a harness. Would buy another if required.

Neck measurements on the smaller side of the range in size guide
My 7 month old puppy neck measurement was 21". I sized up from XL to XXL solely because my puppy needed the larger neck opening. However I'm pretty disappointed with the size of the XXL neck. It is very snug on my puppy already and I ordered the coat yesterday and it arrived today.I'm sure the neck opening can be easily adjusted with a seamstress but overall it's on the smaller side of the measurements in the size guide. The length and chest are spot on for measurements. If you're debating the chest size you can easily sew on a piece of Velcro on the very long strap top make that measurement smaller if you're dog has a big neck like mine.
