40mm equivalent lens
Had used the wider lens on the GRiii in the past. Happy with the 40mm on the urban edition as it suits more the style of my photography.

Missing item and no seal and scratches on charger.
No complaints about camera since it's fine and I am gonna return the parcel for other reasons.Then my concerns are:1. No seal. Not sure if this is common for EU Ricoh items. If you check some videos online, there is a seal on the box and if you unseal the box, the words, "void", should be left on it to indicate this box is opened.2. Scratches on charger. Can check uploaded images. I don't know how they come.3. The blue stripe on leather hand strap is missing. **This one is the key reason why I plan to return. Another user depicted this as well.Check dsmt Reviewed in Germany on 27 March 2023, "I did not receive the package for which I paid a higher price".Note this is the URBAN edition and it should have the blue stripe and the normal version has dark stripe, but it's not in the box. Then this come to the prev. concern, "is the box opened before?".

Open Box?
As mentioned before the packaging isn’t sealed and my camera looks as if it was packed by a child in a rush.I’m not sure if bits have been swapped or removed, I just have the blue ring, where it’s meant to come with a black one too. I’m aware that a limited special edition (same price as this one) came with a blue tag and leather strap whereas the basic comes with just a tatty fabric strap (same as shown on Ricoh’s wibsite).I’m not sure if I’m returning this yet, I’ll check the camera in the daylight to see if it’s new or not but I think a ‘what’s in the box’ would help people know if they’re getting what they’re paying for or not.

Wonderful gem of a pocket cam. I love the 40mm focal length. Beautiful images from this camera. Highly recommended.
