Bright and Colourful
This decoration was perfect for my our daughters 5 Birthday. It was very easy to attached the and put together. Everything that is shown in the picture was ok ok included in the package. Arrived on time. You will need a balloon pump for this. The decorations it self looks wonderful and was the highlight of the pics we taken when cutting the cake. Improvement: should include a picture of how to assemble the decorations. Had to go back on to Amazon app to check the design layout.
