I’m digging this, great price, simple and does everything I need better than other brackets I’ve tried to handle throttle, cruise and TV cable for 700R4, coupled with an Edelbrock AVS2-650. Ez adjusting.Only reason I don’t give it a 5 is I couldn’t find any brand for this setup in anodized red in billet aluminum. I can always paint it but black is fine.Installed in 15 minutes. Preset the various brackets to match position of parts coming off. Nice having the return spring all contained within carb space which cleaned up tiny details as well.

Was looking for a better solution for my Lokar throttle cable after doing an engine replacement and installing a Holley Sniper TBI. This fit the bill perfectly. Highly recommend!

First throttle kit that I've bought that actually works and not having to modify it

Problem #1. It's too wide to fit a standard 4bbl carburetor. I'm a problem solver (and just cheap I guess) so I bent it up in the middle and back down to take up some space and make it shorter in between the bolt holes so it would fit a standard carb. Ok, not a huge deal, whatever.#2. (far bigger issue) I really am struggling to figure out why no one else has mentioned thi but none of the little attachments fit the track on the bracket! The two long tracks in the bracket that accept whichever adapters you need, one is wider than the other; I don't know why that is or would be but it doesn't matter because you'll have much larger problems. - You're going to have to take the adapter that fits your application, throttle and TV cable for trans in my case, and drill the holes much, much larger in order to get the screws to fit those tracks. I wanted as little slop as possible, couldn't believe they didn't fit out of the box in the first place so I went one very small drill bit larger, no luck, then one larger, seemed like I had made no progress. After 4 drill bit sizes larger than the original holes I finally go the little screws to fit in the bracket slots. By this time the holes are so large you can see the hole around the washer! But after those issues it does technically do what it's supposed to do. It's just thin, easy to bend and has the issues i've mentioned so while it functions it doesn't look good :(
