Love the pen. Using parker or space pen refills. The ink that comes with it is probably OK, never gave it a chance.I wish it was a little more heavy, bur I knew it is titanium. lolI did put of threadlocker (LOCTIGHT) on it.Like most pens, it screws at the middle and at the tip.

Well made ballpoint pen, for everyday use. Likely to last forever. Reasonable price. Uses standard refills.

My husband loves heavier pens, but he stopped using this one. He complained it would stop writing at times. We tried to change the ink cartridge, but had the same issue.

I like this pen in that the two black ink refills it came with (one small tip one broader tip) both wrote smoothly and well. Weight of pen is just ok for me, although weight is subjective. It retracts ok as well, I personally think it could be a tad 'smoother'. I knocked off a star because at $45 retail, I am expecting extras like a storage pouch and a cover on the tip of the extra refill to prevent drying out. I do like the matte finish though, it doesn't show finger prints.The pen measures 5.5 inches tip to tip. The pen came in a dark paper box box, the extra refill is just sitting loose inside, this made it look sloppy. I don't know how long the installed one will last, but I think the extra one will dry out before long since there's no cover on the tip especially in warmer conditions. But then again, maybe it's only meant to be option one and option two instead of extra, so manufacturer didn't bother with a cover. Changing out the refill was easy enough and the threads where it screws in at the middle and tip worked well. Anyway, a nice pen but on the expensive side.

I'm very particular about the pens I use & this one is absolutely wonderful - no problems with skipping or blotching, nice even ink distribution for smooth writing

This is a nice pen and it writes very smoothly. The ink on both cartridges is black and it comes in a box. I like the weight of this pen, especially for heavy writing, so your hand doesn’t get as tired but it still feels quality. The pen is easy to hold and grip and the sandblasted finish is very nice aesthetically. I gave it four stars due to the price, at $46 it’s on the higher end and the box it comes in (if gifting) is very basic. I do appreciate that you can use the space pen refills; it would’ve been worth the advertised price if this pen came with those originally.

This is a very solid titanium pen. You can feel the heft and weight of it, which requires extra work with titanium. a very nice mechanism.Unfortunately, the ink cartridge isn't the best. Works okay on great paper, but for any other sort of paper the writing is unreliable.

This is an OK pen. The 6-sided barrel at the top keeps it from rolling around on your desk, and the fluted portion of the barrel that you hold is comfortable. Balance is kind of top heavy, but overall it is light enough in your hand to feel comfortable. The push-button retraction is OK too, with an action that is stiffer than you would expect for a pen at this price.So, how does it write? Well, I threw out the cartridge that came with it as it was just awful - it felt like I was using an etching pen. With another compatible cartridge in it, though, it was fine. Still, at this price, I would expect a pen to write well. You’re paying a high price for an OK titanium shell here.I would not buy this pen or give it to anyone as a gift. It’s just not that good, particularly for the price.
