Fat Daddio'sPRD-104 Round Cake Pan, 10 x 4 Inch, Silver

I would recommend the Fat Daddio pan!It bakes up evenly and the pan is thick and does not warp. My cake bakes tall with a light crust, make sure to bake 25f lower than the recipe calls for because the pan can get too hot.One drawback: A new pan is porous and can get stained, see photo.When I got a second pan, I took the time to season the pan on all sides with a light coating of oil, baked it at 350f for 20 minutes, and let cool to room temp.Finally I washed it well with soap and warm water. The difference in staining is quite amazing after a quick oil treatment.

These cake pans are awesome! They are heavy duty, with higher sides. The cakes I made released from the pan beautifully and cleaning was super easy. I had some Wilton pans that finally wore out, but this was an exceptional replacement for them. I’m so happy I bought these!

These are my favorite cake pans ever; they provide an even cook, they’re easy to use, and they’re high quality. Every year, I bake a fancy cake for my nephew’s birthday and in the past two years, I’ve fallen in love with these cake pans. They’re so much better than anything Wilton puts out, and I find that they’re easy to use when turning the cakes out and for cleaning up afterwards too. They’re also cheaper than I’d expect them to be which is always a plus in the cake making world since I tend to spend a ton of money on other supplies. I highly recommend these!

I love these baking pans. If you do a lot of baking, you know that dark coated non-stick pans bake unevenly, often causing a "dome" in the center of the cake. These bake very nicely and more evenly. I love the fact that they are 3" deep. Used these for birthday cakes as well as a wedding cake and they performed well.

The 6 x 3-inch size is perfect for smaller cakes or layered desserts, and the anodized aluminum ensures even heat distribution, which means my cakes bake uniformly without hot spots.The non-reactive surface is great for acidic batters, and cleaning up is a breeze since nothing sticks. The pan's construction feels durable, but I did find it to be a bit thinner than some other cake pans I’ve used. This can lead to a bit of warping in high-temperature baking, so just be aware if you’re baking at higher temps.

These are my favorite cake pans. Good weight, they hold up well and cook very evenly. Worth every penny.

Substantial construction but must be heavily greased to prevent sticking. Hand wash which is no problem. A bit over priced I think.

I was hesitant to buy online because I am that buyer that wants to see, touch and smell what I’m buying! lols. cakes came out perfect. In the Philippines I’m used of wrapping my cake pans with towels soaked in ice bath to make the cake even when they come out of the oven, And glad I didn’t have to do that on this cake pans! all cakes were even!

I love these Fat Daddios pans - for the first time my cake layers bake beautifully - even and cooked properly all the way through.Easy to clean too.I will be adding more of these to my collection.

Good quality pan, expensive but worth it over cheaper quality pans. Durable and looks great as part of a set. Performance is good, cakes don't stick to the pan when probably greased. Good size and depth, 8 inch pans suit most recipes. Easy to clean and use.

Definitely worth the money , wish I’d bought them years ago
