The black circles in the top part of the picture is nitrile butadiene rubber rings, they can endure high temperatures, when you install this heatsink in laptops (Because there is limited space inside the laptop), you should use the rubber rings to fix the heatsink with the M.2 SSD.

Yes, as the blue heat-conducting silica gel pad is low viscosity, so even though you remove it from the M.2 SSD, it will not break the warranty label, that's why we use the rubber rings / metal buckles to fix it, thank you.
