Photos are gorgeous. Much thought, artistry went into this book. Author Dr. Gary Deng, is the Medical Director of Integrative Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and much more. Enjoy!

The must have for everyone who wants to eat healthy
My wife go this book so we can start a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Deng is amazing and his book reflects his deep knowledge of the subject of nutrition as well as the passion for how to create delicious and healthy meals from natural ingredients. The book is international in its cuisine as well as breaks down all herbs, spices, fruits and vegetables that are healthy for us and how to utilize them in our daily diet. My wife loves this book and how beuutifully it's curated. As well as the organization. Buy it asap! Money well spent.

If you want healthy and delicious, this is the cookbook for you
I am a health nut, an enthusiastic gourmand and a week-end gourmet. My diet is basically what is shown on the book cover. I was intrigued by the book because it's unusual for an oncology expert from the top cancer center of the world to write a cookbook. What I found inside were some amazing recipes combined with incredible food photography, which is both beautiful and accurate. So far, I've cooked three meals based on the recipes and did the green smoothie - they all tasted delicious and are obviously super healthy. Just picked up a second book for a friend who is a fan of mushrooms and the umami they bring to every dish! I can't recommend this enough.
