Lovely Small Carved Orange Tabby Cat Figurine, 1.4" DIY Handmade Wood Ginger Cat Unique Art Carving Work for Decoration Collectible Figure (Orange Cat)

I bought this little orange cat after my baby boy passed. He was 17 years old, almost 18, and my parent got him for me when he was a kitten and I was 5. I'm 22 now! I felt it looks similar to him, so I added it to his little area. It makes me happy seeing the little peaceful cat sitting quietly.

You know how sometimes it’s a risk buying a product without actually seeing it. Well, that was the risk I was taking. But looking at how it showed up. Oh my! It’s small, cute, and just as the pictures of it were.

I nestled this cute ragdoll cat figurine in a plant I gave to a friend whose ragdoll had died. It turned it to be a sweet reminder of her pet.

(Etsy: left, Amazon: right)So I bought this because I bought one from Etsy that was almost triple the price and I wanted to see if I got some overpriced duplicate…Well honesty it was hilarious 😂The one from Amazon was very obviously done sloppy… the differences were obvious.The colors on the Amazon version were muted and less pretty.The Etsy one looked less lazy, and had more precise shavings.The drawn on features of the Amazon one looked dumb and my Shiba looked like it was high. Unlike the Etsy one that was more careful and looked very much like a Shiba/Akita.The materials (wood) seem the same, but the paint used is very different in colors.It’s hilarious honestly, although I realize I could just be unlucky and got one that had less effort put in. The one I bought on Etsy for $28 ($21 with discount) is definitely better. The Amazon price $10~ is definitely way better in my opinion but the one I got is so ugly I definitely won’t be keeping it 🤣🤣 it’s going back home.
