This rope is awesome!! This rope came with two wires (one electric green like the picture and a black spare). This was perfect because I cut my first wire too short and kept hitting my feet and cut the second one about 2 inches longer and it was perfect. The handles are super comfortable (soft) but not sure about the longevity of the materials (only had it for about 2 months).The handles are also a good weight (not heavy or light). I did not try it outside on pavement/concrete so not sure about how durable the covering of the wire is. The one I bought before on Amazon only lasted about 2 weeks on concrete and had to return it. I'm scared to try it outside so I have only been using it inside the gym. Overall this is a very good rope and will definitely recommend it to others.

Real good speed rope. The handles are sturdy ligth and well made. Your grip won't be sliping of these and they arent to thick as to kill your grip and forearms so you can still do bar work outs efficiently. Love the green i ordered and the spare rope is great for when a replacement is needed or just to mix up the colors. The rope itself is adjustable if your on the short side like i am. I personally dint have to cut it as the ajustment i made wasent that much.

Great jump rope! Love that you can cut it to size perfectly, has two ropes in case you need a shorter or longer one ever, or you mess up your size the first time. Comes with a bag to hold the rope in, all in all I can’t really find too much to complain about with this rope.It would be nice though if the rope had the markings on it to where you should cut it for your height, I used a tape measure though, it worked fine.

Nothing but positives with this rope! Extremely high quality. The handles have great grip. The bearings in the handles and its light weight make the motion effortless. It comes with a chart so you know how long to cut it (but I would suggest going a couple inches longer until you get the hang of it). They do include 2 cables, so there is a spare if you mess one up. The storage bag is an added bonus and does have extra space just like they mention. I use it inside so I'm assuming it will last me a very long time. Overall, I'm extremely pleased!

It is a decent product but the rope is so light weight and thin that it is difficult to spin.

I have been using jump ropes for several decades as an important component of my fitness routine. This rope spins easily and is very fast if you like double under spins. and works nicely for crossovers. The handles are weighted perfectly. Very easy to customize the length. The bag is a nice touch so it can keep the rope and its accessories organized, especially for travel. Great price too. If you skip outdoors on a driveway or sidewalk be sure to use a pad or some other kind of surface suitable for this coated cable. Do no use on bare concrete. Overall a very good product

After a few weeks of normal use, the piece holding the cable popped out of the handle. Terrible durability. Definitely would not buy again or recommend anyone purchase

Got this product cause it seemed like a good value for money. I am shocked at how good the value is.Got a set of handles with barring attachments, two length of cable that could be cut to whatever length, extra tips for cables and extra screws for holding them in place and a carrying bag.Me and my wife both use it separately so the two different coloured cables is great. We know which one is ours. And we have a significant height difference so a single use cable wouldn't work. Cables are showing very minimal wear with being used on cement garage floor.Handles are very comfy, the soft grip tape feels good and has no signs of wear so far with daily use over two months since purchase.I would buy another set without any hesitation, but I don't think I will need to as they feel built to last.

Good quality, but just a bit heavy

I have been looking for a good speed rope to use at crossfit but I didn't want to spend too much on one. This product offered a comparable construction (bearings for turning, but still adjustable) plus it came with an extra rope. I am still in the process of learning double unders but so far this rope has been much easier to work with than the ones at the gym. The weight is perfect for me and the turning is very smooth. The look and feel of the rope is also quite nice. The handles are sort of contoured and fit my hand nicely. And I can adjust the length of the rope with just a thumb screw so no screwdriver required. I am very happy so far with this rope and am hoping to improve my double unders every week. I think you will be happy with this purchase.

The rope lasts around 4-5 months and then falls apart so it is not worth the new price of almost 20 CAD. I want to order another once the last one broke but I was surprised to see the price was doubled… I will order another brand…
