I use these brushes for all my acrylic paintings. My painting teacher loved them and so do I. Soft but firm, just right. They hold up well. I recommend them.

Saw a iUtube artist using a brush and asked her what brush. she was using. I had been getting gloppy results with other brushes as a fairly new acrylic painter and it took forever rinsing out my brush when changing colors. Catalyst brushes solve that problem. I’ve also learned to get excess paint off with paper towel before rinsing brush. Catalyst brushes are great!

These are expensive but when I use these and wash out the paint, there's no acrylic left on the bristles. So that's a good thing for many artists. They're made well. Go for it but remember you'll want the rest of the collection.

These are brilliant brushes. Once soaked the hardness is a little less than bristle but work beautifully. My favourite brushes for oil.
