Koi swimming in my garden!

They've been in the yard at least one summer and perhaps almost two winters. They still look like the day they arrived. Great addition to the area near my pond.

We got these because, although we thought fairly expensive, they were made of copper. When they arrived, both my wife and I were pleased with the design and the weight/build of the fish. One is larger than the other which is nice so it doesn’t look so matchy-matchy. My only complaint is I wish the tails of the two fish went in opposite directions, one to the left and the other to the right. That would make the image of them swimming into the current look better. As you see in the images, when placed behind or along side each other, the tails are the same (or similar). If you place them facing each other, then they look more natural but we have them in what could be described as a river bed so, if in real life, they would both be facing the same way, upstream. Although they still look good, I believe they would look better with the tails facing opposite directions. That would also make them look like two different fish rather than two versions of the same fish. They are solidly built and should last a long time.My wife liked them so much that she ordered a second pair!

Bought as a gift for a family member and they are beautiful.
