Specially formulated for use with EliChem resins, the Resi-Metals collection of pigments allow you to add metallic colors and swirls to your resin for realistic metallic effects. Resi-METAL pigments were specially designed as solvent-free color additives which chemically crosslink with the polymer binding the resin. This ensures the metal color and appearance are "locked in" once the resin has cured. They can be used to color most resins, such as epoxy, polyester and polyurethane, used within the arts, crafts, flooring and coating arenas. This color comes in a 1 ounce jar. The recommended amount to add to resin is 2% to 5% by weight (between 2 - 5 parts per 100). When used properly, these colors will add a shimmering resin color without affecting the resin's cure time or cured properties. Containers are sold by weight, not by volume. Jars will only come half full. Some settling of the pigments may occur. Stir contents before use.
