De quervain's relief
This is by far my favorite brace I've ever had for my De Quervain's. It supports the thumb perfectly, but doesn't make the rest of the hand impossible to use. It provides the pain relief and stability, while still being wearable on an every day basis.

Price is reasonable .
Overall the brace is comfortable to wear except for the junction between the thumb and index . If there is a little extra padding at that area , it will be more comfortable to wear at night.

Good support
As soon as I put this on, I felt relief in my thumb.Adjustable 3 different ways: thumb, hand wrist. This provides excellent stabilization. Comfortable: I slept just fine wearing the brace.I place a thin fingerless gloves between the brace and my hand as I found the brace dug into the area just below my pinkie a bit - that may have been a result of me preferring a tight fit, so the thin glove takes care of that issue.Highly recommend.

Worked just as described
Just what I needed to support my thumb.

Cuts into thumb.
I have several wrist/thumb supports. This one cuts into my thumb at the base. To use it, I will have to wear a sock underneath. The quality and wrist part is good, but not a great design at the thumb crossover. Also no stays for firm support. Try it out before you throw out the box.

Best thumb support I've found so far!
I am waiting on LRTI( ligament reconstruction and tendon interposition) surgery in a few months, and will first get my left, then my right. This product is surprisingly comfortable, supportive, and fuss-free. I ordered two or three other products that are supposed to do the same thing, but those others make me feel claustrophobic and all the velcro straps make me feel helplessly constricted.I have no cartilage on the left side and barely any on the right side, as a point of reference for others looking into similar products for the same purpose. Also for reference, I took a shower and plan on swimming with them and will report back with how it goes with the swimming (about 2-3 miles/ 5000 meters or so). I have seen other reviews that say they rip easily which may be due to the size of the item. I am a thin/small woman and would imagine that on larger hands they would be prone to rip and wear down more readily. Also important to know; they are latex so if you are sensitive or allergic, that would be a no-go. As others have commented, they're overpriced for what they are but much cheaper than some other products and worth a try.

Price is fair.
Not a bad brace . Hard to rate this due to I have to wear a wrist brace all the time. So try to buy them cheap repaire them and when I wear them out buy another. This one is no better or worse than the other that I buy.
