Misleading description
I ordered spare accessories for my Tineco S12 vacuum cleaner. The description suggested that both types of filter would be suitable for this model. However only the taller grey filters were suitable. The shorter ones with the blue cap and pleated sides were not for the S12. Unfortunately I needed the grey filters urgently so I had to use them and assume that I can't return the others for a refund.Next time I may order direct from Tineco instead of Amazon as I wasted my money.
