This item was purchased to assist with hygiene for an individual. It works great, exactly as described. We are very happy with this purchase.The only issue for us is the tubing which connects the hand nozzle to the water pouch is too thick and will bend at the nozzle which restricts the water flow. I pinch it to open the bend and it's fine but when you're trying to hold the nozzle, direct the water, rinse, and then you need to pinch the tubing, it can be a bit annoying. A thinner thickness of tubing, something more flexible, would work better.Despite the tubing issue, this is an excellent product, and we use it regularly.

Definitely buy the bag with faucet as well. Great after orthopedic surgery when getting in the shower was too challenging. I could lie on the floor and someone else (even a 10 year old) could help me wash my hair. It was comfortable, no leakage, holds a lot of water so we most of the time we didn’t have to empty it in the middle even though I have very long, thick hair. Strongly recommend.

I got this item for caring for an invalid. Being able to wash your hair in bed had become a nightmare. A nurse told me about this item and I ordered it right away. I was searching for the blow up basin then I found that I could also purchase the water pouch with spray nozzle. You can use a command hook up on the wall, the heavy duty kind. Or have someone stand and hold up the water bag for the few minutes it takes to wash the patient's hair. you don't have a lot of water pressure for spraying because it is gravity fed. But for washing and rinsing this device is wonderful.

Love the durability and ease of use but not happy with the drain tube which leaks all over the place. Would have given it a five star if not for the drain issues

I bought this to use on my mom. She is bedridden and has trouble with her neck. This works great!!!!

The outside barrier is too big. The drainage should be designed at it side instead of at the bottom. We have to have 3 people, one gave a shower and one held at the drainage opening to make sure it working properly.The water bag is too small and it was difficult to pour water inside it. Its tube is not sturdy enough (the clear tube) and water was stopped at the folds (when it was folded when we received it). If the manufacturer can use different material (i.e regular shower tube- the off white in the picture). We got the third person there just to make sure the tube not be flattened.

Got it for work. CNAs love it. Does a really good job.
