Program sunset and sunrise spectrums from your phone!!
This light connects to your phone through the Tuya app, which is a really nice app. It works better if you create an account but it is not required. The light easily pairs with your phone and will even alert you if the power source gets unplugged. From the app you can create a schedule without purchasing an additional timer. Within the app you can actually change the intensity of the light as well as the color spectrum. This is possible either with a schedule you design or you can interrupt the schedule to dim the light manually. It is probably most useful for houseplant owners who want their plants to be in their living space. I do not have a light meter but it seems less strong than the GE grow light of a similar price, I can tell by the way my plants react. Anthuriums seem to thrive under it. A monstera would possibly need more, or you would just need to turn it up all the way. Also another comparison to the GE light, it has a wider angle than the GE, which means you can fit more plants under it. My GE light is very strong but the cone of light is so narrow, I cannot fit more than one plant under it without it falling in the “shade” cast on the edge of its range. At its highest setting, the two lights look similar to the eye, but the smart app and changing color spectrum make this a very unique and advanced piece of technology. I only wish they made more varieties, like a flat panel, or a long horizontal bulb. If you live in a cold dark place, this is the best SAD light around. Simulate a sunlight cycle in your home. Doesn’t get better than that.

Set it and forget it.
I bought this light because I wanted plants around my home office area. I also didn't want to have to fiddle about with them. The Haus light allowed me to approximate a natural lighting schedule, turning on dimly in the morning, brightening then dimming again in the evening before lights out. The setup was relatively easy and everything is customizable. Quick changes can be made through Google Home and don't disturb the regular schedule. The bulb stays cool and with the right shade fits in anywhere. Just make sure the opening clears 5 inches. At full strength, it's blindingly bright. I'm supplementing existing light for bright to medium-light plants so I'm using it at between 2 and 15%. Added bonus, extra lighting for meetings. It's working so well, I just bought another. Works as task lighting as well as allowing plants in any location. Works beautifully and well worth the splurge.

great functionality and easy to install
i have several different kinds of grow lights, but this is the first one ive bought that has wifi connectivity and the ability to be scheduled through an app. in short, i love it. i was able to pretty much set it and forget it and its been working very well for me. i like the adjustability of the shade of light which with the built-in timer, makes the product much more versatile in my apartment. the video instructions to set up the light and connect to wifi were easy enough to follow that it only took a couple minutes to be done with the whole process. i also like that this light doesnt protrude as much from the fixture as other similar grow bulbs, keeping the light more focused where i want it and not in my eyes. its expensive, but for the versatility and functionality, i think its worth it

Didn’t last long and didn’t help my plants grow
I’ve been using this light for a little over three months, and today it stopped working. I had it on a12 hour timer through the app. It’s very bright and I liked that I could adjust the warmness of the light, but after using a light meter I learned it was giving the same LUX as my East facing windows on a stormy day. It has not helped my plants grow much at all. Pretty disappointing product.

Wonderful plant light
First off I should say I work the night shift so my bedroom plants do not get a whole lot of natural light. I bought this to simplify my life as it hooks into my Alexa device nicely. What earned it the 5 stars though is my plants are loving it. I usually don't get higher than 50% brightness but my pothos are gaining new leaves even in the middle of a cold winter. My swiss cheese plant is already moving towards the light too with several new leaves that have popped up in the last month. Considering I'm only watering about 1x a week since it's winter ATM I'm surprised at all the growth in less than a month. As for me, I like that I can tell Alexa, "Turn on my plant light" and then there is light. I can choose from a white light to a more yellow light and I can decide how bright (or not) I want it. And Alexa also turns it off without a problem. Also, I like that I can set a schedule through the app for the brightness color (white or warm light) at certain times of day/ night. I have it set on a 2 or 3 hour schedule where it slightly goes up then back down as the night goes on during the nights I work.I purchased another brand (non-plant light) that is controlled through the Tapo app but that one I've run into lots of issues with having to reprogram it several times since I installed the 2 of them but this one I installed once and so far (almost a year later) I've had no issues. So yes it has exceeded my expectations so it does deserve the 5 stars
