Quality gi!
Excellent quality, A0 fit well though pants are just a little tight in the thighs (I typically wear F1 or F2 in other brands)

Great quality for price!!!!
This Gi fits true to size. As with any gi, do not put it in the dryer if you don’t want it to shrink (always hang dry if you can). But great quality for the price. Not as light as the Kingz brand gi, but also half the price. Great durability. I’m loving mine. The quote on the inside has motivated me to go train on the weekends a couple times. I chose to make progress rather than excuses.haha

It worked out for me.

Good deal!
Worth the price. True to size. Appears to be tough despite being super light. This is my 1st lightweigh gi, hence, is currently my favorite. Trained in it 3x and washed 4x. No shrinkage noticed so far. Will buy again once A0 black becomes available.

awsome but size is somewhat problematic
Greate material, awsome quality, the sizing is somewhat on the large size., belt is also kind of long for an A2.,

Got a2l and it fit perfect after one wash. Lighter than my elite gi but in a good way. Such as less sweat, feeling cooler, and etc.

What's going on in the warehouse?!
I wish I could rate this product, but I was sent the wrong size and color TWICE! I didn't try it on, but it did appear to be well made, strong and lightweight. Somebody in the warehouse needs glasses and/or additional training.

Really good, bit of an odd belt.
Odd way to tie up the pants, it's like an elastic rope, but really really thick and sturdy. I've done about 6 lessons now returning to Jujitsu and there is no sign at all of any damage. Very happy.

Happy customer
Xmas present for my husband, his choice. All good, lighter weight than his current ones. Full length. It just looks easier to move around in than other thicker brands.

Nice Fitting Quality Gi
I've just stared BJJ and have now been well immersed in the world of Gi purchasing for newbies. Its a bit tricky to try and figure out what size you are and so for context, I am a male - 6'1" tall, I weigh 14.5 Stone and I would describe my physique as fairly toned under a small layer of flab...mostly around the tummy. Ultimately, I chose size A3 and tried a few brands. I didn't like the Tatami Competition Gi so much, so I tried the Progress Academy Gi. When it arrived I was really happy as it did come with the white belt as advertised and the fit is pretty much spot on. I wore it to class unwashed and it was fine and I've just washed it for the first time and I would say that it has shrunk a little bit but no more than expected. The top is quite thick and durable but the trousers are quite light - I like this blend especially in the summer. I think I will see how this holds up over the next few washes and will probably buy another one in a different colour for a bit of variety. In all in all I would recommend this Gi. Update: A few washes in now and the trousers have shrunk in length by a good inch or so which is fine if you like the look (i do). The only think i don't like is how rough the Gi top is, I will try and wash with vinegar to soften it up but it is a bit rough. I have also found the colour from the mats we roll on has rubbed onto the knees of the trousers , not sure if that will come out... I have since tried a Tatami the Original gi which is also nice - the perfect Gi for me would be the Tatami top and the Progress bottoms! Update 2: all the mat stains came out no problem. The top is still pretty rough though. In retrospect I still think the gi is good but compared to some recent Tatami offers though (£39 for the ‘original’ gi) it now seems expensive which might be unfair but the Tatami gi’s also have more appointments like nice embroidery and patches etc. I would buy another Progress Academy gi because I like the trousers, but only if they were on offer.

Returned item
The fit was strange, it was tight under the arms and neck. Material quality felt average. Returned this item. It at least came with a belt and a bag.
