Selections Polycarbonate Sheets for Greenhouses (Pack of 20)

Quick delivery, well packaged, decent price and they are the right size to fit my older greenhouse perfectly. A lot of the sheets on offer are sized smaller at 605 or 610 mm wide which leaves them prone to blowing out in strong winds, these are 620 mm wide and fit my 8 x 12 aluminium frame greenhouse perfectly.

Like for like replacement

I liked working with these when repairing my greenhouse, they are quite light though so drilled and bolted them in where possible. Normal clips may struggle to hold them in bad weather.Good product.

We purchased a second box of 20 Twin wall green house sheets. The first box we used to build a small wooden green house at home which has worked very well. We used battens to secure in place and even after some strong winter winds has been fine. The slightly opaqueness of it actually helps keep the heat to more sensible level than glass we found. With the extremely hot summer we have had this year, I only had to shade for a few days when it was hitting the high 30's. We were so please with it that when we inherited a green house on our new allotment we reused the little existing glass we had but glazed the rest with the poly carbonate sheets, especially on the south facing side and roof. Easy to use, although we did have to trim very slightly some of the sheets, as not all the sections of the greenhouse were the same size? It was second-hand so it's any ones guess why but very easy to rectify with poly sheets.
