Works even better than earlier models!
Well, we had an earlier version (original Zip-It?) in our home that somehow got lost or thrown out recently. I purchased the new, improved model and give it a go as soon as I opened it. Suffice it to say while the old on worked well, this one worked REALLY well. It's longer for one and it removed a much larger amount of hair on the first try. It works so well, I'd just say be prepared to be really grossed out why what comes out of your drain! I know the rest of my review will sound like a cheesy testimonial, but I was tempted to try a knock off given the cost of the item. Although I loved the old Zip-It, we only need one (only one shower gets used routinely in our home). The thought that I was paying 10 bucks for a "piece of plastic" (no offense to the owner, I know a lot goes into designing these things) did give me pause for a second. Well, I'm very glad I pulled the trigger. This thing is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

Was skeptical but it worked
Was a bit skeptical if this would do the trick. Had a clog I couldn't get rid of and after trying multiple other products, I decided to give this one a try. Within minutes it was fixed and drain is clear. Simple to use. Good quality and great price.

Not as good as they used to be
I remember when I first bought a zipIt years ago it was very strong and worked wonders for pulling out hair and gunk from all my drains , but this time I ordered one and it was very flimsy, definitely not the same quality as it used to be. I noticed it only pulled up about half the hair it used to, and it was constantly flopping around wasn’t strong enough to grab everything without doing it multiple times. I would still recommend this over drain cleaners, but just be prepared to use this a few times for each drain, and don’t forget to wear rubber gloves it gets very messy!

Waste of time and money
I was trying to unclog this stubborn drain the natural way. Because I heard pouring Draino was unhealthy for your pipes. So I did the whole baking soda & vinegar thing and that did not work. Then I seen a video on this product and figure that looks like it might work. Get it in the mail and immediately rush to my drain to put to work. And low and behold it was all a fluke as well, disappointing.

So Simple, but So Effective!
Wife wanted to pour chemicals down the clogged drain in her bathtub. I thought maybe the trouble was right at the drain itself. I saw this little gizmo on Amazon and thought 'Why Not?' I pushed the Zip-It into four sides of the drain, pulling up ugly junk each time. Closed the drain, filled the tub about half full, opened the drain - and the water was like a whirlpool as it emptied the tub. Super neat gizmo!

Saved $100 on a plumber
After a plumber suggested pouring chemicals down my bathroom sink which water barely trickled down, I saw this great product and thought I’d try it. I can’t believe how easy it worked. In 2 minutes I had cleared the gummy hair clog and had full blast water running down the sink ! Genius invention!
