Nicer and More Robust than Expected
While only having used for a few days, this board is a welcomed surprise. The construction is sturdy and the quality is nice so far. The bottom is felt so it can be used safely on hardwood floors.

Massage parts is broken/ripped after light usage
Everything works fine but the massage parts is broken/ripped after VERY light usages. I've owned it for less than 30 days. No idea how to ask for support/replacement either. It was not a shipping issue, it's a product quality issue.
