I replaced all my Teflon with ceramic pots and pans, but my family kept ruining them. So I got cast iron. Too heavy for my kids to cook with, especially pasta. So, I decided after they ruined my enameled cast iron to replace it with stainless steel. This fit the bill, and I’m SO HAPPY with it! I’m aware this is a German company, and I know Germans like to buy things once forever. I’m anticipating many years of use from it!

This was an "emergency" purchase. A friend gave me a soup recipe and I didn't have a pan big enough to hold all of the ingredients. I've been cooking with stainless steel for several years now so I only wanted a stainless steel pan. I read the reviews carefully before I made this purchase. This is a very sturdy pan and it looks very durable. Even though this pan is bigger than my other pans, it is not hard to handle. It's easy to clean. It arrived well packaged. I'm looking forward to using this pan for many years.

I like that this pot is large enough to make a large pot of soup, and it comes with instructions on how to use it effectively. It also came with a ladle, and another free gift sent in the mail.I just wanted a pot that was pre-seasoned, and all you need to do is wash it with soap and warm water before use. If that's what you are looking for then this pot is not for you.

Advertised to come with a steel ladle , no ladle.Was actually the reason I picked this one, because I also needed a ladle.I’m sure it’s a fine product, but not as impressive in person.

It is not a 8 gt., it is a 7 qt.pot, much lighter than the other 3ply pots I have.I haven't used it yet. I will not return it because it is time consuming and I don't have the time to ho back and forth with a pot. I hope I will not get even more disappointed using it.

Even heat distribution, lid fits well. Heavy bottom but overall lighter than my old one. Cooks well, no sticking or burning while cooking on med/high heat.

This is a great pot. Only thing, the ladle didn't come with the package

I LOVE this pot! It's such an upgrade to my pan set! It's very sturdy and the bottom is thick, yet it is not extremely heavy. The ladle is a wonderful plus. I love that it has quart/liter measurements inside the pan. The lid does NOT have any plates or crevices where water will collect - so washing is so easy - no water to collect under the handle. I will definitely be looking for more Mueller products to continue upgrading my collection! This is the perfect pot for my black bean chili!
