Bulletproof Magnesium Citrate Supplement, 90 Capsules

I love all Bulletproof products for their clean healthiness (is that even a word?). Their coffee is second to none and gives me NO allergic symptoms from mold as some other coffees do. Magnesium in this form is one of the top 3 supplements most recommended by "real" doctors (not those who are only in it for the money) who actually care about our health. This form gives me no stomach issues and I take it in split doses; two pills with lunch and one with dinner. I sleep like a baby every night and I believe this helps a lot with that, among other things. If you have real trouble sleeping then I would recommend taking two at night an hour or two before bedtime, but one at night works well for me.

I find Bullet Proof to be a reliable brand and its products do what the write up says they will do. I take four capsules nightly. They help me sleep really well and no more leg cramps!

I take magnesium daily to keep the night time leg cramps away. These are capsule form which I like. Each capsule is about 106.6 mg, the dose is three capsules. I like this is some ways as I adjust my dosage of magnesium depending on GI symptoms (magnesium can cause diarrhea). If you want the whole 320mg it is aggravating to have to take three capsules, but you can divide the dose into one capsule three times a day. The capsules are easy to swallow, not too large and the bottle contains 30 doses. This is magnesium citrate which is easier on the gut and absorbs better I think.
