Touch screen is awesome.
I had to order adapter for my application. The ones that come with will work on my bird meter. Checked my anttena's with it worked perfect. Swr reading is the same as my watt meter. Definitely make tuning and knowing front to back ratios. Definitely able to measure db gain too. We'll built in metal case.

This is very easy to use.
It is easy to use the many functions and quite handy. The screen is bright and easy to read. Can read many antennas in one function too. My only kick would be it indicates in metric not sae. Not really a problem though.Great machine that matches the accuracy of other analyzers.

designed for amateur radio
I really like the ease of use. It has single sweep for one band and whole multi band sweep can be entered manually. It can scan multiple bands in a multi band sweep. The single frequency SWR tune is great for tuning antennas. It's a 2 port device thus a VNA going to 1.3 GHz. It can sweep filters and test amplifiers.I would like to set it up for the US/Canada bands. Minor problem.

Great tools and features. Gentle pressure is needed on the on/off button.
This product has a very sensitive on/off button. If pressed too hard, it will break. I did this and they sent me a new one. I will use less pressure on this one. However, the functions and tools of this analyzer work very well and are easy to use. I would recommend this analyzer. It's a great deal for the money.

Power On Push Button is Defective
I have had knee replacement and now find that I cannot return the product. Originally, I felt that it was a minor issue, and I would look into it later. It looked like the pushbutton was dragging on the side of the hole. The ON-OFF push button is mounted on very small legs back to the circuit board. The more you push the move it bends and just stops working altogether.Since i cannot return it and there is no warranty on the thing, I guess I will repair it. If I could provide you the part number of the replacement I use.But I can not? Feel like you got took, so do I.

Mini1300 easier to use then a NanoVNA
Due to misplacing my RigExpert AA-55 ZOOM antenna analyzer I ordered and received the Mini1300 for an antenna project. The Mini1300 antenna analyzer works great for its price point.

Didn't include required hardware! Is NOT the '2024 update' that was advertised, software says 2019!
My Mini 1300 Antenna Analyzer arrived well packaged/protected and the shipping box did not show any damage. My first impressions are the instructions are very vague and so I will need to rely heavily on the internet to learn the finer details of its full potential. Upon removing the device from the packaging I was promptly cut by a sharp edge on the back of the case! And after setting down the device to tend to my wound, I then realized it does not rest on a flat surface - the case is tweaked or distorted causing it to rock noticeably. I do not know if this is poor craftmanship or prior damage.Next I attempted to plug in the charging USB cable. Again, the instructions are so poor I am not sure which port to use for charging. Also, there is a 'charging' lamp visible through a pin-hole at the bottom right of the front cover. It is just barely visible in a darkened room! Mine appears to be deeply recessed inside the case making it only visible from a very narrow field of view, like trying to look through a small straw held out at arms length! As I understand it, upon first use the device needs to go through a one-time internal calibration. But the required cable for this is not included with the accessories! So I skipped that for now and ordered the suggested cable set. Should be here soon...But the other calibration procedure requires the included resistive loads, however, none of the three are labeled! I have no clue which one is which - I think one is a dead short, another is wide open and the third is either a 5 Ohm or 50 Ohm resistive load. But until I test these with a multimeter I have no clue which one is which - absolutely no label or mark on any of the three. One of the attractions I have to purchase this Mini 1300 was the ability to work with PC software for a larger screen interface. Silly of me to assume that information would be included with the kit - it is not. Back to the internet to research more about the finer details of usage for this gadget...I really want to love the Mini 1300 Antenna Analyzer but so far I have not been impressed with it. The cheapness in me really wanted to go with one of the 'Nano' devices but the Mini 1300 looked like it was worth the 2x - 3x cost to get the quality and features I was anticipating. After I get the required jumpers for tuning, figure out what is what with the dummy loads, find the PC software this will interface with, and get a little experience with the tool, I will update my opinion at that time.

I am very pleased with this instrument
Recommended. This thing is truly amazing. They have crammed at a lot of functionality into a very small instrument. I have an old rig expert that went belly up on me that's why I needed something like the mini 1300. The mini 1300 is far more functional than the rig expert and Cost Less.
