I just got this today, great case it fits nicely for my Iphone 13 pro max, however the back cover which covers the camera lens is scratched up. Don't know how that happen when I just got it today. I was really disappointed because I use my camera all the time. Now I can't even use this case.

Had this case for about a week and while washing my car my phone felt off my pocket and the case broke.Nice looking case but not strong enough.

I am writing this review to address all the negative reviews. This case fits the iPhone 13 pro max perfectly. There is no signal loss. Face recognition works fine. The camera takes the same quality photos. All of the cutouts are aligned. It comes packaged in a box and it is well protected with plastic film on the back cover, inside and out front cover and camera lens. You must remove those by the way. Also this is a case for those who don’t drop their phone and want some protection. It’s not a heavy duty bulky case. It’s almost like putting an empty iPhone 13 pro max around it. The front glass is smooth and responsive. The only negative would be the locking buckles which are a bit flimsy and tend to not serve much purpose.

I thought this case was going to be really tough but it turns out it’s pretty fragile. I dropped my phone from 2 feet off the floor and I cracked the front cover glass. Seems like I have to buy a whole new case now not happy

The instructions provided are inadequate and did not cover installing the power and volume button extenders which were not in the correct place on my cover. Getting them in place was very fiddly. The front screen is a total fingerprint magnet. The case does however provide good protection. BUT Face ID Does NOT work in this case so it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

Really liked this product on arrival. However, that’s where it ended.The lock buttons underneath always coming unlockedLots of dust build up between case and screenMag ring on back, stuck to phone when removed case, had to reinstall to back of the case.Phone dropped out of pocket when sat on a low chair and screen shattered, surely an 18 “ drop shouldn’t shatter leaving small glass splinters in my fingersBasically worse phone case I’ve bought, if the sellers read this I’d like a refund.

They look great but if u drop it on a hard floor is smashes. The touch screen plays up on occasion but if your just using it till you get a proper one and the charger at the back definitely needs improvement

Shocking product for the price.Screen cracked after 2 days now 7 days old and I've ordered a new case because it has so many cracks. Also the screen response is awful with the case on you literally have to double/triple tap to open messages, apps etc.And as other say it destroys your phone signal - i have gone from 4G 3/4 bars to 4G 1bar sometimes even 3G, when you take the case off your signal returns to normal.For the price this has to be one of the worst value for money products ever purchased.

I absolutely love this case. Pricey but looks and feels great. Like phone just maybe slightly bigger. Wonderfully stylish protective case. Unfortunately I had to return it as my signal was playing up with this case. It was disturbing the connection. I’m sad cause I love it!
