I ordered this toilet and have had it for two years. From day 1 I had to flush it three or four times for it to work. All of this time I thought it was the water pressure in my house. I even changed our cistern pump and had the pressure increased on the new pump. Still this thing did not flush. Now it doesn't flush at all.This was not a good purchase....Buyer Beware!

It took two tries to get this as the first order was "returned for unknown reasons" while in transit. The second arrived only a day after the first was supposed to arrive plus the bathroom wasn't finished on time making it not a problem.The toilet installed easily. All parts needed were included; drilled a few holes into the cement floor and everything is steady and solid.It works perfectly so far. We don't normally use the bidet feature but wanted the size and shape plus other features so we went for it. No regrets!How much do we like it? We may order another, higher end, from this company for the next bathroom.As far as the company. We couldn't find one of the parts and reached out to them. They responded within 24 hours! THAT is good customer service!Great product. Great customer support.

I've had this for two years now and have suffered through terrible flushing power. Does not clear the bowl after two flushes, usually requires 3 flushes. I have brand new water supply so pressure not the issue. I'm ready to move on.

Latest Update 2/2024The pump is failing again. It's not our water, there's a high-quality filter on the incoming line, it's a problem with the pump itself. It just isn't built well/not reliable. I contact the company two weeks ago, but their customer service hasn't responded. This toilet is less than two years old and two pumps have failed. Sorry, ELLAI, but I have to give you a one-star.Latest Update 7/18/2023The replacement bidet toilet is working 5x5. I'm thinking our super-hard water may have killed the first one. I'm amending my review to 5 stars - between the style, function, and customer care, they deserve it. One word of caution - you will very quickly get used to the auto-flush and may forget that not ALL toilets have this wonderful feature! LOL.Latest update 12/12/2022Customer Service sent me a replacement bidet seat - it took me a while to get around to it, but I swapped it out (that only took 5 minutes). Works GREAT. My assumption is that the pump for the toilet got clogged (we have really hard water). I suggested that the company designs a filter that gets installed before the splitter and ships that out with the toilet.I have already added a filter to mine, so, I think that may have been the issue all along.I have to say, the company's U.S. customer service is TOP NOTCH.Would I recommend? I'm on the fence about that... we'll see how long this replacement seat lasts...Previous:Well, first, installing is difficult because the instructions are not very clear. Our plumber ignored a lot of the instructions because they were misleading and used common sense and got her installed.The toilet looks AMAZING and the bidet functions are great. The problem is the flush - it does not clear the bowl. It worked OK enough for the first few weeks, but I think our very hard water may have caused clogging in the pump. Customer Service is AMAZING so I am bumping this review to a three star.I plan on taking the "guts" out and cleaning the lines - I'll update review again if that fixes the flushing issue.

The media could not be loaded. This is the second toilet we installed in six months. The first was clogging and Amazon replaced it. This one we can't get the attention of Ellai customer support! We have called and left messages, and, emailed them to no avail. Not sure where the others are getting good customer service. Very shabby. I would look elsewhere for a better deal.Just wanted to update this review, the customer service got in touch with us and resolved our problem quickly. Thanks.
