Looked at a lot of options, and this was the best size for the price we could find. Putting it together is no small feat, the instructions are clear but you have to read them carefully. MUCH easier as a two person job, this would be very hard to do with one person and probably take most of the day. Knocked it out with a helper in maybe 2 hours.I threw out the anchors and put in some tapcon screws (just one in each leg) to anchor it to the patio concrete. We had to leave town for a week and leave it on it's own and there was a massive desert monsoon when we got back. The top was full of water and it pooled up between the ceiling bars, but no visible deformation of the metal. We pushed the water off with a broom once it was over and it looked good as new. Very glad it survived, our last cheap pergola would have been in a different zip code.Also the adjustment is super easy and very nice to have, so we can keep a view of the yard and keep the sun off us any time of day, as long as you install it east-west.

We are pleased with this pergola for the most part. The frame is very sturdy. Made with good materials. Husband said that it was easy to put together. The awning/shade that can be raised and lowered either front to back or side to side-dependent upon how you set the frame-allows some water to drip through after a rain. The 'locks' to hold the shade in place do not stand up to a strong wind.

We purchased this Pergola 3 months ago to cover our small pool deck from the shade. Its Working out perfectly.My husband and 2 of his buddies took almost an entire Saturday to put it together. it was not easy. but the finished product is beautiful.it’s sturdy, has a high-end look and feel to it.holding up very well to the elements.The finish is gorgeous. it’s just what I had expected from the photographs.We have had lots of rain and wind this past month and no issues whatsoever.My neighbors have complemented it many times. it retracts effortlessly so that if we would like some sun to hit us on the deck we can have it.I also like to retract it when we are expecting heavy rains just to protect the fabric.Overall extremely happy with this purchase.totally worth the price!

Very disappointed. I bought it in July 2023, so I Used it about 2 months for the summer. This year, before July 4th rolled around, we had a heavy rain and it weighed it down...2 main poles snapped in the canopy and now we have no top. I tried emailing the seller for replacements parts and help and got no response. A lot of money for a metal decoration with an umbrella under it now. When they finally responded they said they couldn't see my order because I purchased it on Amazon. NEVER even offered an option to buy replacement poles or cover and I cannot find parts to fit the 11x11 anywhere...even if I fixed the fabric part, no option for poles anywhere. Horrible.Update: been sitting there ever since the initial damage. Intermittently emailing with company. They finally tell me today shipping is so expensive overseas since I need fabric and poles they suggest I just buy a new pergola. Wtf....NOPE.

We purchased this to help knock down some of the sun load on our deck. The directions are full of miss translated phrases and actions of Chinese to English. Our box showed impact damage, and upon unpacking a small dent was noticed in one leg. We did not need to bother with a return, as the dented leg would be up against the house and not visible. Overall a good product for the cost, and is performing well.

The setup was easy when the directions are being followed. The good: This purchase was made because in the summer the death rays make it impossible to sit in the backyard to enjoy the lake view. The pergola is sturdy considering it isn’t very heavy and isn’t made of the best material. The bad: The canopy tore and the replacement is 85.00. Now considering the pergola did not make it through a whole year without a part malfunctioning is very concerning. For the amount of money spent on this pergola you’d think it would last longer than it did. I am very disappointed and think that my money would’ve been spent better if I put it towards a better quality pergola. Skip this as a buy.

It's soooo friggin cute! We love that we can still slide the top open to use the fire pit and it is good and heavy so I just put some extra weights on the poles and it has made it through a couple of gnarly Texas storms (including hail)Now for the reason I only gave 4 stars.*The 4 main poles that hold it up are one piece, which for structure is a good thing, But it makes it really hard to put it up, take it down. Or even move it. (We are active military) We really needed 4 ppl to do this but we only had 2. The instructions are handy but in a few places it could use the order of how to do things instead of an expanded pic. We had to take it back apart in a few places because of this.*Would have loved for some little loops or something to make it easier to hang things on the corners without it sliding off.* I really wish I could have been able to purchase extra curtain loops. I put curtains on it for extra sun protection and I could not for the life of me find any that would fit so it ended up with black zip ties.* and last... I don't like the drain holes in the cloth. I know it's spitting hairs, but if they weren't there my patio would mostly stay dry.We got it on a great deal, though and it will get lots and lots of use.

We've had a few gazebos over our years and we have grown fond of the pergola gazebo design. It does what it's supposed to do which is to keep the sun and the rain off of you, yet the design of the canopy is simpler and easier to eventually replace.Assembly wasn't difficult and it took about 30 minutes for 2 adults to assemble it in good weather. The structure is powder coated steel and is quite sturdy when put together. The canopy is adjustable by sliding it over to one side and it adds versatility to this gazebo. It's also much easier to Winterize it than a traditional gazebo. We're thinking of just pushing the canopy to one side and wrapping a tarp around it. Compared to having to take a domed gazebo canopy off and then put it back on in the spring, this is as easy as pie.Where it shines in terms of versatility and convenience of Winterizing, it lacks in water management during the rain. The canopy collects water and this both weighs down the structure and creates a little surprise for the next person looking to slide the canopy over to one side. A slight slope would have helped eliminate this problem.The structure itself is quite large at 11 feet by 11 feet and can easily provide shade for a full patio furniture set. The canopy material is polyurethane coated rip-lock fabric and it's meant to be wear and corrosion resistant. It feels thick and sturdy.One thing to note is that the frame is powder coated steel alloy. Although more corrosion resistant than bare steel, it won't be as rust-resistant as a material like aluminum. Having said that, for this price range, this pergola gazebo still provides good value. As you probably already know, parts of the steel that have the powder coating scratch off will start to rust more quickly. You can maintain it better by patching those sections up as they show up. It should last a long time but it will eventually start showing signs of rust.Overall, we're very happy with this pergola gazebo. In the past, when we've gone to Home Depot to try to purchase something like this in the beginning of the season, all the good choices are always sold out and on back order. It's nice to see you can order something this large from Amazon and still have it be delivered right to your door. I don't think I ever want to go through the hassle of finding an in-stock gazebo at a big box store ever again.

This product is so worth the money. Very sturdy and strong. Highly recommend. Very pleased with it.

Wir wollten einen Preisnachlass aushandeln, da wir die Pergola nur mit sehr viel Mühe aufbauen konnten. Die meisten Teile waren verbogen und mussten erst gerichtet werden. Farbe blättert ab. Mit Sicherheit wurde das Paket schon mehrfach versendet, da auch Material fehlt. Ich weiß nicht was das mit Umweltschutz zu tun hat wenn die Pakete mit fehlerhafter Ware mehrfach versendet werden.Wir hoffen, dass sich der Hersteller noch meldet und wir einen Preisnachlass erhalten.Insgesamt gefällt uns die Pergola, der Stoff ist schön hell und lässt sich auch bequem bei Sturm zusammenschieben.
