I loved this thing! The best part of my day was sparking up this. Lost the outlet plug in the move and just got rid of it but DEFINITELY going to buy it again

I bought this in October of 2018 and with it only being a year old, it should still work very well. I live in NV. This diffuser is left at my daughter’s house in TN and I only use it when I visit her about every 6-8 weeks for only up to 2 weeks at a time so it has not been overused by any means. It’s only used at nighttime. I’m disappointed that it barely works. There’s hardly anything coming out of the top when it’s on and there’s almost the same amount of water left in it in the morning as what I put in it at nighttime. When I open it in the morning, there’s a lot of mist in the container, but the mist barely makes it out if the “chimney”.UPDATE: 11/19/19 - InnoGear reached out to me within a few days of my above comments and offered me either a replacement or a refund after they provided a few troubleshooting methods. Unfortunately I had already tossed out the diffuser during a move and my daughter had purchased a new one for me. InnoGear issued an immediate full refund of my money for my purchase from Oct 2018. That says a lot about their customer service. I have two purchased two other diffusers as gifts just like this one and the people to whom they were given told me they've had no issues so I'm changing my overall rating based on their customer service from a 1 to a 4 just because 1 of the 3 units purchased did fail. I would still recommend their product though because they are a larger unit and the units run for a longer period of time than others and because their customer service is above the standard! Not many companies would have reached out and provided a full credit for a product purchased over a year ago. Thank you InnoGear! The next diffuser I purchase WILL be another one of yours!!

I’m certainly buying 3 more !! I love to watch it, I sleep worth on. It’s just amazing. I don’t know if your supposed to but I put a little laundry detergent in mine && everything smells so fresh

I rspecially impressrd by Erica who promptly issued a refund and asked dpme vety specific questions on how to improve this product. Hats of to Erica and im sure your company is proud to have you on their team. In regards to the product just a little more tweaking and im sure will be ok.*****************************I used this product in my bedroom and my son's bedroom. It was very easy to use and once it was all plugged in AND set up to use the essential oil infused cool mist started in seconds. My son liked the changing colors of the lights .I purchased two of these in April its August and neither ot thevm work. Per the instructions the product needs to be cleaned. I used warm water and qtip to gently clean where themist starts inside the diffuser making sure not to get water in the area the cord plugs into the diffuser. I would let it sit for maybe an hour as a precaution afterwhich id pkug in the diffusrr qnd tye lights wotk just fine but the cool mist not so much. So im upset and disappointed with this item but you reall6 do get what you pay for.

I bought this in 2018. At the time I bought it to use instead of a glad plug in. But after using it with various essential oils, I started to notice the benefit of using various oils. For instance, using peppermint oil helps me wake up in the morning! I really love using it. I recommend to my friends and coworkers all the time. It has worked consistently well for 3 years. Last week unfortunately the fan stopped blowing which caused the mist not to disperse from the top. I took it apart to see if the fan would be easy to replace and it is. So I ordered a replacement 40mm 12V 2-pin brushless fan. I haven't installed the new fan yet, but I would say for the price I paid and the amount of use I get (daily), I think it's been worth it. Definitely recommend!

This works great at first. Then after a while, the top sticks and it is hard to take off. I thought it was my water but even after a thorough cleaning it was still tight. Like if it expanded with the humidity.

We bought two of these based on the reviews. One works REALLY well. The other, not so much. The first one was super easy to take the top off and get it going. The steam started out slow and light then progressed to full steam within about 5 minutes. I love it! We have a 1000 square foot first level and it spread the smell through the whole first level. The second one top pieces fell apart when we tried to take the top cover off to access the plug. We put it back together but seems like it doesn’t stay very well. So we’re getting steam out of the sides on occasion and not just through the top. The mist steam is really slow and light- more like a cigarette burning in an ash tray (without the smell.) I hate it. I’m glad we ordered two because if I had just gotten the second one I would have thought they were just a junk product. However, I am upset that we only have one functional one. Gonna try to return the dud, but since we bought both together I think I have to return both. Ugh. I took off one star for the malfunctioning one. Otherwise these would have been 5 stars.

I have now owned this thing for 9 months. I used it regularly for about 2 months and then kind of forgot about it. I still fire it up occasionally, tho, and it works great to this day. My only complaint is the sheer number of women who have started emailing me and even knocking on my door trying to sell me essential oils. The almost daily fight has worn me down and I'm afraid that soon I will cave and start tweeting anti-vax messages. I've already gotten the "reverse bob" haircut without even realizing it. I seriously don't know how it happened. But, don't let that take away from the diffuser. It's great.Edit: If you need oils for this diffuser, I am now selling them on my Instagram. I have a large variety of scents and healing properties available. They're not cheap, but what would you pay to cure actual cancer without the devil's "chemotherapy"?
