I was very skeptical about buying this or any other product for my back, but it really does lift and massages very well. I did find some relief with my back pain. I highly recommend and it’s also comfortable under your back. It works best on a hard surface, but works well laying down in the bed. I do recommend this for back pain relief

I ordered this unit for some back pain that I have. The setup is very easy and fast. It does take a few times before you start to feel relief, but within I week, I felt significantly better. It provides just enough stretch to get the back bones more room, and give pain relief. The heat is an extra while you stretch, and the massage is heavenly. If you decide to use this unit, I would recommend slowly increasing the height. Well worth the money spent, that one treatment at the chiropractor would charge for one visit. That being said, I think you have to be realistic about what these things can do, and not do.. Everyone is different, and in the end I still have hardware in my back, and severe degeneration, but this unit helps to keep a good stretch in the back, critical to feeling less pain!

The lumbar traction device works well for brief relief therapy for your lower back. I use the word brief because the therapy is not residual and is not long lasting, However, it does provide relief and feels great as you're using it. I find it easiest to use while sitting in a chair (recliner). It gives nice heat, vibration and lifts against your spine. It can also be used as a TENS unit, but I have not used that feature, yet.Km from Oklahoma

The media could not be loaded. After much research about decompression pillows i found this awesome machine. it vibrates, heats raises up and down programmed or manual if you want more attention. As a big guy i was skeptical if it would move my 280 plus body. It moves me like a baby. it is durable and the electric muscle stimulation that you can control the intensity just does the trick. This is truly a god send and has me waking up with minimal to no pain. just 15 minutes a day gives me more relief than months of chiropractic care.

So far this works very well. The Tens unit only works with the included wires and separate pads, the main unit doesn't have Tens for your back when you lay on it. I'm very pleased over all with the heat, vibration and adjustability of the air bladder however and I'm using this often!

Earlier this year my lower back started to bother me. This has happened before a few times and would usually resolve itself within a week or two. But this time it stayed, and it got worse as the months went by. I tried a standard heating pad but that didn’t help. I started to worry that I’d possibly have this pain for the rest of my life. Bending down was awful- emptying the dishwasher, drier, picking up laundry baskets, etc. I was in a lot of pain.I decided to try this machine. I was a bit skeptical to be honest but it was the best thing I ever did for myself. First of all it arrived same day which I love. I didn’t even read the instructions- out of the box I just used it that first night on the auto settings for two 15 minute sessions. I’ll admit that it was a bit painful while using it because my lower back was so messed up. But that night I noticed less pain when I changed sides in bed, and the following day my pain was significantly lessened. Night two I used it for one 15 minute session and my back pain was virtually gone!I don’t know what was wrong with my back, I never saw a doctor or a chiropractor for it. But I credit this machine with giving me my life back.

Good quality!!! Features all work well. intense heat and vibration. I had to return it as it caused issue, but for most I think it will be effective and good. Worth trying.
