Does this case zip up when it has all 40 discs in the sleeves?

Yup it does for me. Mine is at capacity and zips up fine!

Where is this made? What Country?

I looked through the case ~ no indication of where it was made. I think its well made and does a great job of holding my CD's safely in my Lexus. Wish I could be more helpful.

What is the approximate weight of this when it is filled to capacity?

Dear buyer, 200 capacity, full of 200 CDs or DVDs, the total weight is about 8 pounds, thank you for supporting CCidea

The picture shows 6.5x6.5, but in the details under product dimensions it says 6x6. Can someone tell me for sure?

I measured mine for you, it is 6x6x2 .
