Schwarzkopf's new Oil Developer is a conditioning, caring peroxide that's optimised to work with new IGORA ROYAL but which can also be used with old-style IGORA if you still have some tubes to use up. It comes in 4 strengths: 3% (10 vol), 6% (20 vol), 9% (30 vol) and 12% (40 vol). Use them as follows: 3% for darker or pastel colouring and for covering 100% white hair; 6% for tone-on-tone colouring, white hair coverage and lightening 1–2 levels; 9% for lifting 2–3 levels (3–4 levels with the Special Blondes), colouring with -00 shades and white hair coverage with the Absolutes; 12% for lifting up to 5 levels and for colouring with the Fashion Lights.

I cannot say enough about this - unbelievably good product. It’s like no other developer I’ve ever used. My hair was so healthy feeling after the coloring, rather than the usual dry hair I’m left with the first few days. Will never use anything else again!

This is my first time using this oil developer. I read really good reviews about it so I purchased it.Good aspects: -consistency of the oil developer mixed with toners from the same brand is like semi-thick hair conditioner. With that, it is easier to lather on to hair sectionsBad aspects:-I had some black roots and it colored it brown-reddish in which made me worried but after washing it out, my roots looked fine-the developer did not make my hair soft like some reviews had mentioned*I have attached the final product of my hair

Amazing Product!
I am extremely happy with this product. It contains oil, which helps your hair during coloration. It works best with the same brand hair coloring. My hair looks beautiful and shiny with this product. I highly recommend this product.

Lived up to its name.
The Schwarzkoph products have always delivered in quality and care for hair. This product gave the hair color a boost for condition and maintenance for hair coloring process.The bottle was well sized and has a cap to open and close with.My hair was left feeling soft and manageable!
