I have been very pleased with this purchase. We have been using it for almost two months now and still love it. We wanted to make our shower a little more luxurious since that’s all we have is a shower. We miss having a bathtub so badly but this has really made it better. It’s pretty easy to install as well. We followed the instructions and haven’t had a problem so far.

It is a little tricky to install but the product is nice. I wish I had the larger shower head but I prefer the finish of this one plus the handheld portion is more useful than the competitor’s. That jet spray can help with cleaning my shower and I never use any other spray setting so it is perfect. I also like how the main shower head reduces splashing by going straight down. Portions of my shower actually stays dry now.

I like the concept but the extender wont rotate as described. I had to install withOUT the extender because it wont rotate so the shower wont be right. I only want to replace the extender because my finger print is all over the shower head already(I forgot to use the gloves.Seller sent me a new one and sent me a better instruction for the extender, everything works well, but I think the seller did not see my request to send me chrome (sent me nickel), but it’s okay. We enjoy the shower, but the installation is difficult. The shower is heavy (extender).

Great shower head and wand shower head. Directions are easy and it works well. Definitely a decent purchase with getting a pack of two for a discounted rate.

This is the best shower head combo no leaks at all and I cant wait to take a shower now. LOVE IT!!

Easy to install and looks amazing. Showers feels so much better now. Great price and love the water pressure and how this kit put the shower head farther out in the middle. I think I will buy another one for my other shower.

I love this shower set. This was actually my second purchase. I had to return the first purchase mostly because I couldn’t get it to stop leaking. I have had this shower for over a month now and just could not any fault to talk about. It is rare for me to find something that is an exact match to the photos and the product descriptions by the seller.

I like the extra height, brushed nickel, attractive shower head, the thorough packaging with extra pieces; and the functionality and quality of the parts; with the exception of the handle which is plastic and has fairly limited spray options. For that reason, I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Overall it works well and provides the full immersive experience. I found the instructions were very poor and made installation an unpleasant experience. I follow instructions like cooking recipes but you couldn't do that with these.The diverter came locked with the hose connection facing the wall. If there was a way to loosen it like in the video they didn't clearly explain that. Twisting it around was not easy.The shower arm does not thread completely onto the diverter yet there was no explanation as to why. So I kept trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong.Also, screwing in the shower arm was like using a tire jack handle to raise a car. I had to rotate the thing completely around. At one point the diverter connection and the shower connection spun simultaneously.All the black rubber washers were installed already yet they indicated they needed to be. They didn't say they were extra.In the top of the shower head was a little round loose water restriction insert maybe? They didn't say. I removed it because if it was, I didn't want to decrease the water pressure. But I still don't know what it is.(Also, who uses the white gloves that come in the package? Really not necessary.)I didn't take off for the poor instructions because I figured it all out, but it could/should have been much simpler.
