It came on time and work as describe. However, the HK VOD is not up to date and is more gear toward China VOD then other nation VODs. The TV program is live. Overall, it is fine for my mother-in-law to watch at night.

I wrote a review about UBOX 9 no signal and no image after downloaded what’s shown on the screen. A day later UPTV worked, deleted review and now both UPLIVE and UPTV shows blank screens (see photos). We never know when it works or not, plus blank/ freezing images, very frustrating. Customer service page is also blank. Sent question to Customer service/ tech support, received no reply for days!!
