This stuff was a Miracle for me about 3 weeks in no more night sweats or flashes, and I felt quite good and was sleeping better. About 10 weeks in some of the symptoms returned (not the worst but noticeable and not ideal). I call their customer service line and described my symptoms) the rep created a ticket for the physicians to respond.i received an email explaining that i likely achieved balance sooner than the 4 mont mark and because I was still on the full dose of 4 per day I may be over stimulating my system. Recommended going to maintenance dose of only 2 daily. It’s been 2 full weeks and the symptoms seem to lessening. Will update after another month on maintenance. Hopefully it will be goods news like 0 symptoms!

I've been taking this product for over six months and I like it better than taking the alternative, HRT. I haven't had any problems and feel fine.
