I purchased these cartridges and the vendor shipped the wrong product. I contacted Amazon and with a few short moments the vendor replied with apologies and a new shipment that arrived in just a couple days. The product works great in the stapler. The point of the review is more on the service than the staple cartridges, which by the way have a better price point in the five pack. And the quality is great as well. It's all a win win here. Often some customer service folks are a bit slow to react. However, this vendor is not one of them. They were, quick, apologetic and receive the right product in short order. It is refreshing as a small business owner, that there really are folks who have your back, this company is one of them. It's a no brainer to purchase from this company...and we will continue to do so....all the best. Thanks.
