Q: Are these approved for use on redheads?

In our field tests we found redheads are violently capable of overcoming obstacles without the need of supplementary tools.

They have commercial grade electro-magnets at car junk yards that can help identify where it snuck off to.

Q: If I drop this in the forest will I ever be able to find it? Was it even really there in the first place?

If you drop it in the forest, it will be gone forever and no one will hear it scream. Unless a mime drops it, then it is the most deafening noise ever.

Q: Do they float? (like wood)

No. Although interestingly, they can be magnetized and if you do float a magnetized Tactclip on something (e.g. a leaf) it effectively turns into a compass and points to magnetic north.
