The pendulum on my clock isn’t swinging. How can I fix it?

1. Ensure the pendulum is unhooked from the hanger. 2. Check that the batteries are installed correctly—both should face the same direction. 3. Ensure batteries are brand-new 4. Confirm the clock is positioned perfectly level on the wall or surface.

How big is this clock?

Please note that this is a SMALL clock with an 8-inch face. While the clock measures 15.5 inches in total length, the diameter of the clock face is still only 8 inches. Refer to the product dimensions on the Amazon listing page for full details.

Does the clock or the pendulum tick?

No, our clocks use a premium silent-sweep movement. No annoying ticking! The pendulum silently glides back and forth.

Where do you recommend mounting the clock?

Our pendulum clocks are ideal for smaller spaces, such as a foyer, bathroom wall, or a compact area in your living room. They work best as part of a gallery wall or in cozy nooks—avoid placing them as a stand-alone piece on large, blank walls.
