Customization came out great. Christmas gift for my little sister, which is why her first name has been crossed out. Glad they spelt everything correct and colors came out as expected, from when I was creating the customized tumbler. Yes, it was intentional for the back text to be difficult to read lol. Hello Kitty on the front came out amazing. The Hello Kitty image was expanded to the biggest size possible when customizing and centered. As well as the heart text on the back. You are able to expand your images to a certain point and move the placement up and down. I was pleased with the direct texts they had to offer. Once she uses it, I do hope it is spill proof since it'll be used for coffee. It does have a hole for a straw, but does not come with one. I do plan to order again in the future. Makes a great gift.

The handle was a little loose when I received it, but my husband fixed it fast. I didn't want to spend $50 &up on a Stanley or another name like everyone, I wanted something personal to me. This is just as good, It keeps my beverages ice 🧊🥶 cold like I like. One side I have our first date, & the other our wedding. Just buy it.

This makes such a nice gift. The quality of the photo I sent showed up perfect on the Tumblr. There’s a Lot of nice color choices for the Tumblr behind the photo. It arrived fast and packed neatly.

Arrived in a banged up box . Lid has a chip/piece broken off and the cup rattled when taking it out the box. Love the color and the photo quality. Replacement lid needed.
